People always say “if you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated, so you need to always be drinking water.” I don’t think I agree anymore.
Saying that is like saying “by the time you’re hungry, you’re already going into starvation, so you need to always be eating.”
I think our bodies know what they need and when. So if you’re thirsty, that’s the correct time to be drinking water. (Not soda pop or sugary juices or whatever else. Water!)
Drink (water) when you’re thirsty, eat (healthy foods) when you’re hungry.
